Holly Douglas is the founder of Action Consulting & Environmental Services and a frequent guest speaker at industry events. For over eight years, Holly has provided continuing education courses on an array of topics concerning the insurance industry. She has also written articles titled "Mold Related Services Senate Bill 2234," "Subrogation and the Insurance Industry," "Methamphetamine Lab Clean Up," and "Biohazard Clean Up." She is subrogation I and II certified, a state certified residential contractor, state certified mold remediator, state certified mold assessor, and a continuing education provider/instructor for the Department of Financial Services and Department of Business and Professional Regulations for Community Association Managers. Her current research is focusing on the legal component of the insurance arena in regards to insurance fraud and reducing bad faith exposure.
